Fishmoon Yoga is offering small outdoor classes, online classes and individual or group consultations. The schedules and costs are itemized below. *Please don’t let finances prevent you from practicing. If you’re unable to pay for regularly scheduled classes at this time, please register anyway and join us.

Online class schedule: Summer 2020
Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30pm All Levels
Fridays: 9-10am Gentle
Select Sundays: 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, & 8/23 5-6pm Yin Yoga & Meditation
Please note: Up to 4 practitioners are welcome join me in the studio when I teach these live, recorded classes. Please wear masks in any studio common areas; they are not required when on your mat. Please come with your own mat, towel or blanket. Blocks are optional. Restroom facilities will be available. Dress in layers – it might get chilly! If it rains, 4 practitioners are welcome to attend an indoor class instead. I will communicate with you on that day.
Cost: $15 drop-in or $60 for a 6-class pass. If you already have a class pass, it is available for use.

For one-on-one or small group instruction. A great way to address questions, deepen your practice, learn safe modifications for injuries and establish a home practice routine. Can include postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Offered online, outdoors or in the studio.
Cost: $60/hour for up to three people; $10/person each additional.
