Class Schedule

Fishmoon Yoga is offering small indoor classes, online classes, select outdoor classes and individual or group consultations. The schedules and costs are itemized below. *Please don’t let finances prevent you from practicing. If you’re unable to pay for regularly scheduled classes at this time, please register anyway and join us.

We expect outdoor classes to resume in mid-June 2021.

Online class schedule (open to in-studio practitioners as well)

Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30pm All Levels

Thursdays: 9-10:15am Seasonal Practice & Meditation

Fridays: 9-10am Gentle Yoga (starting 6/2021 this class will be prerecorded and emailed weekly.)

Select Sundays: 5-6pm Restorative Yoga, 6/6, 6/20, 7/18, 8/15

Select Sundays: 5-6pm Yin Yoga, 7/11, 8/1

Please note: Up to 12 practitioners are welcome join me in the studio when I teach these live, recorded classes. Masks are optional in any studio common areas and throughout your yoga practice. Newly installed HEPA/UV air filters turn over and purify the air as we practice. Fee to participate in person: $12 or use of class pass. In-person class schedule: Limited to 12 practitioners per class

Fridays: 7:30-8:30am Morning Practice

Masks are optional for practice. The studio is equipped with two UV/HEPA air filters. Mats are spaced generously. Please pre-register for class here:

Cost: $18 drop-in or $60 for a 5-class pass. If you already have a class pass, it is available for use.

Individual Consultations

For one-on-one or small group instruction. A great way to address questions, deepen your practice, learn safe modifications for injuries and establish a home practice routine. Can include postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Offered online, outdoors or in the studio.

Cost: $60/hour for up to three people; $10/person each additional.

Individual class: $18 (drop-in)

6 or more classes: $12/class (pass can be shared & does not expire)
