For students ages 10-18 who are looking for a yoga practice to compliment and balance their sports training. Stretching, strengthening and developing mindfulness. $15

Nature Meditation

A collaboration with
Harpswell Heritage Land Trust  
Saturday, 4 May 2019, 8-9:30am  
Look, listen, feel, tread gently.
We’ll meet at Fishmoon Yoga and begin with simple meditation instruction indoors to set the stage for an outdoor exploration at HHLT’s Curtis Farm Preserve, where we’ll walk the trails, pausing to engage aspects of meditative awareness. Bring water, a journal, and dress for the weather. The program is free and open to the public, but please do pre-register at: http://www.hhltmaine.org
